Dr Cote and assistant are great. They take time to do what you want. Lyndsey is great too! Be mindful of the small print when you sign that you understand. The person that handles that portion isn't rude, but I wouldn't make seeing her a habit.
I had an amazing experience with Mya for laser hair removal. She took the time to explain everything to me to make me feel completely comfortable. The process was painless and took six sessions with much success. The space was clean and professional and her services exceeded my expectations. I was a loyal client for years, and bought a package laser treatment in 2023 and due to health issues advised by my doctor hold off on any treatments like these which I had provided the dr letter to the spa, they did not inform me about expiration policy the staff and the esthetician even not aware of the policy. Now they are saying I can’t use my package because it had expired.My attempts to resolve the issue were ignored. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I think business is struggling and they r finding ways to make money. I would strongly caution others about paying upfront here. Please avoid this spa at any cost. Multiple unhappy clients and their reviews so stay away. I am now pursuing formal complaint. ** I completely disagree with your response. It misrepresents the facts and avoids the real issue—you accepted payment and failed to deliver the services. Not stated ever about the expiration. These treatments are not cheap if clients are aware off expirations who would have this kind of money to donate it to spa like yours. I made repeated efforts to resolve this privately, which were not taken seriously. Your reply only reinforces my concern about the lack of professionalism and accountability.
I have had the pleasure of spending time with Jenna over this past year as I have received a few coolsculpting treatments. Jenna is just a beautiful person inside and out. She is so gentle, kind and easy to connect with. By the time I am ready to leave, not only have I had the best Coolsculpting session (their equipment and expertise using it is top of the line), I feel like I’ve had a little therapy session as well😊 Thank You Jenna!!
The change in management has been disappointing to say the least. After years of coming here, I can no longer support a business that profits from shady policies and doesn’t honor their long-standing clients. There are far better options for med spas than this place. I highly recommend going elsewhere with higher standards, updated practices and customer loyalty.
I just had my very first facial ever, and I can honestly say it was an incredible experience from start to finish! I love this place! Their people are amazing, answering questions, making suggestions, making you feel comfortable and relaxed. They offer amazing products that work and their services are tops! They don’t try to sell you on services you don’t need. In fact, I had a consultation for a particular service and the technician explained why it was not necessary and would not give me the results I was looking for. Instead she suggested a product that could help. Wow! A place that doesn’t try to take you money. The other services I really enjoy and see results are the micro needling , peal, laser, and Botox. The micro needling vanished a dark spot on my face after one treatment. Obviously results will vary but for me it only took one but I had a second treatment done anyway 😊Amazing! The laser treatments take time obviously, but I noticed a difference in some areas after the first. Can’t wait to see the final results. The Botox really helps with my headaches and of course fine lines. 😉 They also offer discounts thru Alli and have promotions throughout the year. Another plus!
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent appointment I scheduled via email. Upon arriving at the clinic, I was informed that no appointment was on record and staff were unsure how this occurred. I had made arrangements and taken time off work specifically for this appointment, as I was very much looking forward to being seen. Given the inconvenience and lost time, I would appreciate discussing whether compensation for a portion of my time is possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Lyndsey is a master aesthetician! My skin has completely transformed since coming here. The BBL treatments for sun damage are incredible. I have been to other Aestheticians and did not get the results I am getting with Lyndsey 5 Stars!
