Cocktail Infusion works by delivering a personalized blend of skin-rejuvenating ingredients directly into the skin using a single-use vial and ultra-fine 24-karat gold microneedles. I had my first appointment at Md Cote yesterday with Rachel after being referred to her by a couple of people, and my experience was amazing from the moment I walked in. First off, the waiting room is so cute I loved the decor! Michelle at the front desk was awesome and very helpful during both check-in and check-out. Rachel was also amazing. She took the time to sit down with me, listen, and make sure we were on the same page before starting. I was super nervous, but she made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

I first heard about Md Cote at a luncheon where several women talked about HRT using pellets. I had heard of pellets, yet I was nervous to try them. The office was very welcoming and super cute, which is always a plus for me. I have been on HRT for just over a year and the benefits are many. One thing I would say is it took a while to find my correct dosage so if you have tried them once and didn't see the benefit, commit to a year and hopefully you will feel as thankful as I do.
I was a loyal client for years, and bought a package laser treatment in 2023 and due to health issues advised by my doctor hold off on any treatments like these which I had provided the dr letter to the spa, they did not inform me about expiration policy the staff and the esthetician even not aware of the policy. Now they are saying I can’t use my package because it had expired.My attempts to resolve the issue were ignored. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I think business is struggling and they r finding ways to make money. I would strongly caution others about paying upfront here. Please avoid this spa at any cost. Multiple unhappy clients and their reviews so stay away. I am now pursuing formal complaint. ** I completely disagree with your response. It misrepresents the facts and avoids the real issue—you accepted payment and failed to deliver the services. Not stated ever about the expiration. These treatments are not cheap if clients are aware off expirations who would have this kind of money to donate it to spa like yours. I made repeated efforts to resolve this privately, which were not taken seriously. Your reply only reinforces my concern about the lack of professionalism and accountability.
I couldn't be happier with my results. Rachel does an amazing job and my results look very natural. She listens to my concerns and gives me feedback on how they can be addressed. I am so so happy with my experience at Md Cote!
