Rachel is amazing and the absolute best. She has great recommendations, awesome bedside manner. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mya, Jenna, Lyndsey, Julia, and Dr. Cote, and they take the time to understand your goals, walk you through every option, and make sure you feel confident in your decisions. Their execution is so seamless and precise it almost feels unreal. Jessica and Michell are equally amazing—always greeting you with genuine warmth and making sure you feel supported every step of the way. I just received the diamond glow facial from MD cote. It was my first facial. I loved the experience. I felt pampered as soon as I walked in the office. Everyone is so warm and professional. My esthetician listened to my skin concerns and recommended that we start with hydration and work our way up to microdermabrasion and different serums in the future because it was my first. I appreciated the questionnaire that asked about my skin tone and sun sensitivity. Jenna was warm, friendly and had a natural flow of conversation. I felt very comfortable with her. My skin looked amazing afterwards and my pores were so clear! (she even showed me all the gunk that came out at the end haha) highly recommend getting your facials here.

I've been coming here for a few years now. Started with Botox then other services like facials and fillers. The entire team is always professional, patient and courteous. They all work together like a well oiled machine. I've been pleased with EVERYTHING. The establishment is top-notch. It's not the highest but not the lowest but reasonable. Scheduling is easy.Happy customer so far. The main thing i have been pleased with over the years is... 1. They dont do hard up sells. 2. Dr. Vote and the staff listen. I had photos of what I like and dont like and it was 100% what i wanted. Its your face. Its important to be heard. I would highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

I am extremely happy with the services I received. I was listened to and given all the information on each procedure I was interested in. I like how Dr. Cote' asked me what I wanted improved, she didn't tell me what I needed. Lyndsey is also great. She explained what real results I could see and what to expect. They also let you know the cost of each procedure ahead of time. All the staff members are professional and welcoming.

Mya is continuously amazing, welcoming and thorough. My skin always feel and looks 10x healthier after a facial.

I’ve been going to Md cote for almost 3 years for tattoo removal. I couldn’t be happier. I never thought I would ever see my tattoo free hands again. Would definitely recommend . Super friendly staff.

I purchased a BBL package while it was on sale in December 2023. I used one treatment shortly after, then my second in October 2024. When I went to schedule my final appointment, I was told my package had expired six months after purchase — based on an agreement I supposedly signed five years ago. Not once during my visits was I ever informed that there was an expiration, nor was this policy clearly explained when I purchased the package. These treatments are not cheap, and I would have never spent that kind of money had I known the sessions would expire so quickly. It’s extremely disappointing that they won’t honor what was clearly a communication mistake on their end. I’m out the money, and the company isn’t taking responsibility — very unprofessional and not what I expected from a business in this industry.
