The change in management has been disappointing to say the least. After years of coming here, I can no longer support a business that profits from shady policies and doesn’t honor their long-standing clients. There are far better options for med spas than this place. I highly recommend going elsewhere with higher standards, updated practices and customer loyalty.

Upon arriving at the clinic, I was informed that no appointment was on record and staff were unsure how this occurred. I had made arrangements and taken time off work specifically for this appointment, as I was very much looking forward to being seen.
