Dr. Cynthia Cote Owner / Physician As a board certified and licensed family physician Dr. Cote obtained her medical degree from Temple University Medical School in Philadelphia in 1987. She went on to complete her internship and residency at Valley Medical Center. She later returned to Valley Medical as a faculty member. During those seven years teaching at VMC her practice was primarily focused on women's health issues. During that time Dr. Cote also served as affiliate clinical faculty for the University of Washington. Dr. Cote's special interests include women's and children's health issues, acne, aging skin, migraines, and nutrition. The nature of these and other specialized conditions involve ongoing treatment plans as well as longer than traditional appointment time frames. Wanting to devote more time and care to her patients Dr. Cote made the decision in 2003 to open her own practice.
In 2004 Dr. Cote was the first Physician in Maple Valley to add aesthetic services. She has taken extensive additional training in facial aesthetics, laser treatments and injectables to offer you the safest products and the best results. The response from our clients and community has been so favorable we have expanded to serve you better.
*We are the only Laser and Spa facility with a full time doctor on site who offers both full service medical care and aesthetic services.
Betsy Santos, Licensed Medical Aesthetician Certified Laser Technician Holistic Health Counselor & Practitioner
Betsy is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician with over 10 years of experience in the industry of cosmetic laser procedures as well as in the field of professional skin care. She has a gentle and compassionate way of assisting clients and is focused on safe, effective results.
Betsy is a board certified Holistic Health Counselor and Practitioner; a nontraditional form of counseling that focuses on the balance of one’s lifestyle to incorporate more peace, productivity, clarity and positivity.
Betsy believes that looking and feeling beautiful and fulfilled is an inner as well as an outer journey.
